💎 How did we build this voice app?

We did the product design together with Carlos Latre and Amazon Alexa, designing the conversational experience and building the Alexa skill, including Carlos’s own recordings. We took care over turn-taking with Alexa and built a conversational experience that holds up to the many different ways Alexa users express themselves. Carlos Latre’s goal is for anyone who needs a bit of joy and positivity to use his experience to cheer up, with jokes or motivational quotes, and to make this Alexa skill their go-to conversational experience.
